Shipping Policy

We deliver across India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you on the phone number or email in your account to arrange an alternative or a full refund.

Orders are packed at our mill in Vasad, Gujarat and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and North-East pin codes may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and festivals can add time.

Direct orders placed on this website currently ship free. If we introduce shipping charges in future, the exact charge will be shown at checkout before you pay — never added afterwards.

Once your order is dispatched, its status is updated on your My Orders page. Sign in to your account to follow each order from Order placed through Packing, Shipped and Delivered.

Please keep the name, phone number and full address in your account accurate. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier, and delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are outside our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and photos of the parcel. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
