Account details: when you sign up, we store your name, email address, phone number and delivery address so we can process your orders.

Order information: the products you buy, amounts paid, payment status and delivery progress.

Verification data: the 6-digit codes we email you, used only to confirm your email address.

Payment details: payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password — we only receive a payment confirmation and reference ID.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify your account, show your order history, respond to your questions, and keep the site secure against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

The site stores small pieces of data in your browser — for example your sign-in session and your light/dark mode preference — so the site works as you expect. These are not used to track you across other websites.

Your data is stored on secure servers with access limited to authorised personnel. Order administration is restricted to the business owner's verified account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

You can view and correct your name, phone and address anytime on your My Orders page. To ask for a copy of your data or request deletion of your account, email us — we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile; completed order records may be retained where tax and accounting law requires.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

For any privacy concern or complaint, contact our grievance officer at the phone number or email below. We will acknowledge your concern and work to resolve it promptly, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
